Privacy Policy

This Policy describes what personal data Darwin Evolution Lviv LLC (hereinafter — the Club) processes in connection with the darwin-lviv.com website, bookings, and visits to the shooting club in Lviv.

The terms of service are set out separately in the Public Offer. This Policy is its integral part with respect to the processing of personal data.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and other applicable requirements of Ukrainian law.

1. What data we collect

Through the site’s forms and during booking, the Club receives a limited set of data required to provide services:

• name — required;
• phone number — required;
• email address — where provided;
• preferred date and time of visit, number of participants, chosen package or service, comments — where provided;
• technical advertising parameters (UTM tags, GCLID, etc.), populated automatically and not containing direct identifiers of a person.

The Club does not collect or store bank card data. Payment for services is made directly on Club premises or through third-party payment providers that have their own data processing policies.

2. Purposes of processing

The data we receive is used to:

• confirm and arrange your booking;
• contact you regarding the time of your visit, the chosen services, or the package;
• recommend a suitable package or instructor based on your experience and preferences;
• conduct internal analytics on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in anonymized form;
• comply with Ukrainian law, in particular regarding admission to firearms training and age restrictions.

3. Who has access to the data

Access to data received through forms and bookings is limited to Club administrators and instructors, strictly within their duties and inside the Club’s internal systems.

The Club does not sell your personal data and does not transfer it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may be transferred to third parties only where this is required by Ukrainian law, is necessary to perform the contract (for example, payment providers), or with your separate consent.

4. Analytics, advertising, and cookies

The site uses third-party services for analytics and advertising attribution. Loaded via the Google Tag Manager container (GTM-P33T6Z7Z), in particular:

• Google Analytics 4 — visit analytics, on-page behavior, traffic sources;
• Google Ads — measurement of advertising campaign effectiveness and remarketing;
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized usability research (heatmaps and session recordings with form input redacted).

These services set their own cookies in your browser and may use local storage (localStorage). Typical identifiers include: _ga, _ga_KPVS3VVX74, _gcl_au, _clck, _clsk.

The third-party services are independent controllers of the respective data. The terms of processing are defined by their own policies: Google — policies.google.com/privacy, Microsoft — privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.

You can opt out of such collection by configuring your browser to block third-party cookies or by using appropriate extensions.

5. Retention period

Personal data received through forms and bookings is kept for as long as required for the purposes stated in this Policy, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a different period is set by Ukrainian law.

After this period the data is deleted or anonymized.

CCTV recordings on Club premises are processed in accordance with separate legal requirements and kept for a limited period necessary for safety purposes.

6. Your rights

Within Ukrainian law, you have the right to:

• know what data of yours the Club processes and for what purpose;
• request that inaccurate data be clarified, completed, or corrected;
• withdraw your consent to processing, where processing is based on consent;
• object to the use of your data for marketing;
• request deletion of your data if there is no lawful basis for continued storage;
• lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

7. Changes to this Policy

The Club may amend this Policy. The current version is always published on darwin-lviv.com at /en/privacy/.
